HOW DO I CHANGE MY BANK DETAILS?

If you are are currently paying monthly for your insurance policy through our finance partner, Close Brother Premium Finance (CBPF), you are able to change your bank details for the monthly direct debit within My Portal. Please note that any changes made within 5 working days prior to a scheduled payment will not be effective until the following calendar month.

To change your payment details, simply open the My Portal app and navigate the ‘Wallet’ tab located at the bottom of your screen. Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon (⚙️) in the top right corner and choose ‘Change Bank Account’.

Complete the form by entering in your new bank details, finally tap ‘Save’ to process this change.

Did you know, you are also able to update your current direct debit dates within the My Portal app.
