HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT DATES?
If you are are currently paying monthly for your insurance policy through our finance partner, Close Brother Premium Finance (CBPF), you are able to change your direct debit dates within My Portal. Please note that any changes made within 5 working days prior to a scheduled payment will not be effective until the following calendar month.
To change your payment details, simply open the My Portal app and navigate the ‘Wallet’ tab located at the bottom of your screen. Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon (⚙️) in the top right corner followed by the calendar adjacent to ‘Change Direct Debit Date’.
One a new date has been entered, tap on ‘Yes’ to finalise this change.
Please note you can only change your direct debit date within 7 days before or after your current date.
