If your policy is coming to its renewal date, but you wish to cancel at the end of your policy term, this would be a ‘lapse policy on renewal’ cancellation.

Please note that your policy will automatically renew with us unless you advise us otherwise.

To cancel your policy, choose the policy you want to cancel and scroll-down and select the ‘Manage Policy’ button and then select ‘Manage your Policy’ from the pop up.

Next, select ‘Cancel Policy’ from the options, followed by ‘Lapse Policy on renewal’. Lastly, complete the form with the relevant information regarding your policy cancellation. For this type of cancellation, you would enter in the policies renewal date as the effective date.

You will receive a quotation for any cancellation costs, refund due, or outstanding balances.
