HOW DO I REQUEST BREAKDOWN OR RECOVERY?

If you need to request breakdown or recovery assistance, you will need to speak to our breakdown partner, Call Assist. Call Assist’s phone lines are open 24/7 and they will be able help with the situation immediately!

You can give them a call directly on 01206 785880.

Please be sure to have your policy number and details of the incident ready to assist the agent. Your policy number can be found under your policy page in the portal.

Did you know, the contact number for your breakdown provider is always available under the ‘Claims & Breakdown’ section of the app!
